Your account terms are governed by the jurisdiction stated in Section 14 of our full terms document, subject to any mandatory provisions of Indonesian consumer law. Access and eligibility depend on local law, and those mandatory provisions always take precedence.

Log in, go to Help > Submit a Ticket, select Legal & Compliance, and choose Data Access Request. We aim to deliver a full data package — covering your account profile, transaction history and session logs — within 30 calendar days at no charge.

You can request deletion of non-transactional data at any time. Transactional records tied to DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS payments must be retained for five years under our audit obligations; those cannot be erased early regardless of the request.

We send an in-account notification and an email to your registered address at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. The updated version is also published on this page with a clear revision date at the top.

Yes. Every QRIS and DANA transaction is logged in your account under Wallet > Transaction History. The log shows the amount, timestamp, and status. You can also request a certified copy through the Legal & Compliance ticket path for official purposes.
